Exercise To Help Everyone, Including Those Suffering Chronic Disease
East Gosford Exercise Physiology works with a range of general and clinical populations. Exercise Services Include (Click on your area of interest):

Patients with chronic disease, or those at risk of chronic disease can be referred to an Exercise Physiologist in order to promote general health and wellbeing at the point of initial diagnosis or following the identification of risk factors.

Exercise Safety and Effectiveness
East Gosford Exercise Physiology conduct a range of assessments to ensure any prescribed exercise is safe, effective and likely to be maintained over the long term. Each exercise candidate undergoes a 60 minute assessment (unless previously screened by a physiotherapist). Because an exercise plan is personal and individual, patients can elect to have a home based program, ongoing support in an exercise clinic, or a referral to an appropriate local physical activity provider with follow up help provided.
